Siapkan 1/2 Sdt lada bubuk.

Ambil 1/2 Sdt kaldu jamur.

Ambil 1/2 Sdt garam.

Perlu 1/2 Sdt gula putih.

Perlu 1/2 Sdt kunyit bubuk / 1 ruas kunyit segar.


Cuci bersih kerang, saya buang bagian punggung yg ada hitam2 di dalamnya (kotorannya), lalu lumuri dengan perasan lemon/jeruk nipis utk menghilangkan bau amis. Diamkan 15 menit. Tumbuk/blender bumbu halus..

Didihkan sedikit air (sampai kerang terendam). Masukkan kerang, 2 lembar daun salam & 2 lembar daun jeruk. Rebus selama 5 menit, angkat & tiriskan..
